1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rebuild Wellness Ltd website and the purchase of our products and subscription services. Please read them carefully before placing an order or signing up to a subscription.

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform (Wix.com Ltd). Wix's own terms of service also apply to the use of platform infrastructure.

2. Who We Are

Rebuild Wellness Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales.

3. Our Products

We sell collagen and wellness supplements. All products are sold subject to availability.

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from our website.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming your order has been shipped.

  • We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, where payment cannot be processed, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we decline your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

  • We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (or at the start of each subscription billing cycle).

  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

  • If a pricing error occurs on our website, we are under no obligation to honour that price and will contact you to offer the correct price or cancel the order.

6. Subscriptions

This section applies specifically to customers who sign up to one of our subscription plans.

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • 14-Day Subscription — products are delivered and billed every 14 days.

  • 28-Day Subscription — products are delivered and billed every 28 days.

By signing up to a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency of your chosen plan.

6.2 Billing

  • Your first payment is taken at the time of sign-up.

  • Subsequent payments are taken automatically every 14 or 28 days (depending on your plan) until you cancel.

  • You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge to give you the opportunity to make changes or cancel.

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and your order withheld until payment is resolved.

 

6.3 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment date.

  • You can cancel by logging into your account on our website and managing your subscription, or by emailing us at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to receive any products already paid for.

  • We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a current billing cycle unless required by law.

6.4 Changes to Your Subscription

You may pause, change the frequency of, or update the delivery address for your subscription by logging into your account or contacting us. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

6.5 Subscription Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (by email) of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6.6 Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you sign up to a subscription online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first order being placed without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, contact us at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk.

If you have requested delivery of goods during the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be required to return those goods and the cost of return will be at your expense. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.

Please note: the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to perishable goods or goods that have been opened or used.

7. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of receiving them.

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery is available to addresses within the UK.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal service disruptions or extreme weather.

8. Returns and Refunds

For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day Cooling-Off period and receive a refund.

As our drinkable collagen products are an ingestible supplement, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.

8.4 Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will do our best to sort this out for you

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

  • Codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and are non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time.

  • Discounts applied at checkout cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Rebuild Wellness Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

We take care to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where that failure is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemic, or government restrictions. We will notify you of any such event and attempt to resume normal service as soon as reasonably possible.

Your use of our website and how we handle your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy, available at the footer of our website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes to subscription terms (including price changes), we will notify you by email with at least 30 days' notice.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may also be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme — we will provide details of any applicable scheme on request.
