Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to process all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order out the same day.
Any orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

Delivery is available to addresses within the UK.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
Please note, delivery time frames may be impacted during the Christmas period.

Returns and Refunds
For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day Cooling-Off period and receive a refund.
As our collagen products are an ingestible supplement, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@rebuildcollagen.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will do our best to sort this out for you
